The delivery area is limited to Switzerland.

The ordered goods will be delivered by post or delivery service. Please note that delivery of packages usually takes longer before public holidays. If a product is not available or is only available later due to force majeure or a lack of internal delivery, Berg Swiss Ice Tea c/o Berg Swiss International AG reserves the right to withdraw from the purchase contract with regard to this product or to extend the delivery times. Berg Swiss Ice Tea c/o Berg Swiss International AG will inform you immediately about the unavailability or the delayed delivery period. If you do not accept a possible counteroffer or do not want to accept a delayed delivery notified by Berg Swiss Ice Tea c/o Berg Swiss International AG, you can withdraw from the contract. In this case, Berg Swiss Ice Tea c/o Berg Swiss International AG will refund any payments already made.

Guarantee/delivery times/returns

Berg Swiss Ice Tea c/o Berg Swiss International AG guarantees that all ordered products leave our warehouse in perfect quality. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact our consumer service by email (info@bergswissicetea.com). If an item delivered is damaged or does not correspond to the goods ordered, you can return this item within 14 days of receipt. The item must be sent in the original packaging and accompanied by a copy of the invoice to Berg Swiss Ice Tea c/o Berg Swiss International AG, Grünenbergstrasse 19, CH-8820 Wädenswil. If an item is not available or is only available later due to force majeure or a lack of self-delivery, we reserve the rightto make the buyer a replacement offer for the non-deliverable product. The buyer is free to accept the replacement offer or to withdraw from the purchase contract with regard to the non-deliverable item. Berg Swiss International AG undertakes to comply with the above conditions. Grünenbergstrasse 19, CH-8820 Wädenswil,to refund the purchase price paid by the buyer as well as the postage costs or to deliver another equivalent item.

Product pricing and availability

Despite applying the greatest care, incorrect information cannot be completely ruled out. All product and price information is non-binding. Offers may sometimes only be available in a limited number or not at all. Due to high demand, products can sell out quickly. Berg Swiss International AG is not liable for delivery delays, unavailable products or incorrect pricing information. Product adjustments remainreserved. Timed offers are only valid for the specified period of time.

Payment, due date, late payment

Payment for the goods is made by credit card or other means of payment made available on the website. Berg Swiss International AG reserves the right to exclude or restrict certain payment methods and means in general or in individual cases. Unfortunately, payment by sending cash or checks is not
possible. We exclude any liability in the event of loss.

Closing remarks

Berg Swiss International AG reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time and without giving reasons. Such changes do not apply to orders already placed. All contracts that come about through the use of the website, as well as these general terms and conditions, are subject to Swiss law to the exclusion of international private law, in particular the Vienna Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Place of performance andplace of jurisdiction is Zurich (ZH). If a provision of these general terms and conditions is ineffective, the remaining provisions remain unaffected. For questions that are not regulated in these general terms and conditions, Swiss law applies.
